Sesame Ginger Chicken
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
In a small bowl, combine the first four ingredients; set aside. Pound the chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness. Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add chicken and soy sauce mixture; cover. Cook for 8 minutes turning once or until juices run clear.
